Elizabeth Speight, CRNA

Lung Cancer Survivor & Patient Advocate

Elizabeth Speight is a wife, mother of three, a Navy Veteran of the Vietnam War, and practicing Nurse Anesthetist for nearly 40 years. She served as a Hospital Corpsman and EMT at the Navy Regional Medical Center in Philadelphia which was a major receiving center for wounded soldiers during the Vietnam War. She worked as a Respiratory ICU Nurse at the University of Michigan. She has served as a Nurse Anesthetist at Kaiser Permanente Hospital, Molakai Hospital, Wake Forest Baptist Hospital, High Point Regional Hospital, and Moses Cone Women’s Hospital. Elizabeth is an avid lung cancer advocate providing education and information around lung cancer research and understanding.
